How do I get a referral credit?
It's simple. Put your name on a referral card and give it to a friend who has never been a patient at our clinics. Ask your friend to put their name on the card, too. Once they stop in for their first time, all they have to do is present the completed card during their visit. Your account will be credited $15. Plus your friend will also get a $15 credit towards their first visit. But remember, the referral credit will not post to your account until the new patient you referred stops in for their visit.

How many referral credits can I receive at a time?
There's no limit. You will receive a $15 credit for each new patient you refer. These credits will accumulate until you decide to redeem them. Once the new patient(s) you refer stops in for a visit, the $15 credit will be added to your account. If you refer 2 people, you'll have $30 in credits. If you refer 3 people, you'll have $45 in credits. You get the idea. The more you refer, the more you save!

What purchases can I apply my referral credits towards?
Anything! Now you can use your referral credits on all purchases, instead of just towards office visits. That means you can use credits towards our Lipo-Lite Extension. Or, use credits on individual support product purchases like Med Thin, B12, and Snack Bars. Or, if you prefer, you can just apply the credits towards the total cost of your office visit. The choice is up to you, so enjoy greater flexibility with using your credits.

What happens to my old referral credits that I have not used yet?
Don't worry. We will honor them at the new $15 referral credit. That means any existing $5 referral credit that is currently waiting to be used on your account and has not been redeemed as of June 5, 2006 will automatically be increased to $15.

I have some of your old $5 off referral cards. What do I do with these?
No problem. As of June 5, 2006, the old $5 off referral cards will be honored at the new $15 savings until you can stop in and get our new referral cards.

Can the referral credits be redeemed for cash value?
Referral credits can only be applied to purchases in our clinics and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
